The Fusion Seat Height Kit allows you to raise the height of the your 360 Fusion Seat by 1 or 2 inches or lower it up to 4 inches.  Lowering the seat does impact the 360 rotation.

It can also be used to raise the height of the FUSION Seat on the Flint or Pursuit by 1 or 2 inches.
